The most popular and reliable uploader we have found for Android is xShare. This is similar to the iOS shortcut in a lot of ways, however xShare allows you to download a ShareX config from the site and import it into the app.

Once you've imported the config, and set it to the default, you should be able to see an option to upload with xShare when you press the share button on media content.
